Welcome to the Kern County Board of Supervisors meeting registration page. Beginning July 1, 2026, all participants wishing to provide public comment, whether in-person or remotely, must register to speak.  Speakers will be limited to two minutes. Per the Administrative and Procedural Rules for the Proceedings of the Board of Supervisors, Rule 5, speaker limits will apply. 

How to Request to Speak: 

1. Fill out the registration form below. Registration will open 30 minutes before the start of the meeting. 
2. Please enter your first and last name. If attending the meeting virtually, please enter the phone number you will be using to call into the meeting. 
3. Select In Person or Virtually for how you will be attending the meeting. 
4. Select the agenda item(s) you wish to provide public comment for, or Public Presentations for non-agenda public comment. 
5. Click the Register button to complete your registration. 
6. If participating by phone, use the call in number to join the meeting and follow the prompts.
